Your arrival

• When you get off the plane, a taxi cab is waiting to take you to your home away from home
• Inside your new home is a ‘welcome pack’ including some basic groceries to get you started… straight away, it feels like home!

Keeping you safe

• You can be sure your fellow tenants as RRR teachers have been through the same security and background checks as you

Coming with a partner or friend(s)?

• No worries! We guarantee to find you jobs close enough together for you to live together

Coming alone?

• Again, no worries! Our teacher –only accommodation gives you a ready-made friendship group, fellow teachers to socialise and holiday with Empathy is strong between ‘house-mates’; planning, marking and assessment often become social times with tenants sharing ideas

Selecting the accommodation: it is always your choice!

• Once you have accepted a job, we visit 2-3 suitable accommodations with good public transport links to your school
• We take photos of inside and outside, check costs, whether they are furnished etc.
• We send this information to you and other teachers working in that location
• We ask you to communicate with one another and choose your preference

The boring (but very important) stuff!

• RRR pays the security deposit (usually equivalent to 4-6 weeks’ rent)
• RRR acts as guarantor, which means you can sign the tenancy agreement before you arrive, so you have access to your accommodation as soon as you arrive
• RRR pays the first month’s rent (as an interest-free loan)
